What's the reason for you used to change your phone bro?

U very the heng hor

My iPhone white 64Gb got light leaks at the top when in total darkness. I initially didn't mind but after i dropped it accidentally and got a dent, I decided to try my luck to get it changed.

Really blessed that my iPhone got manufacturing issue that can be ignored and used at the 'appropriate' time! :D

You went to Vivo StarHub and they did the exchange? No questions asked? Or did you make a scene before they did it?

I went to Plaza Sing initially and told them of the issue. Seems like they knew of this issue before so they never dispute it with me. Made a reservation and after around 2 weeks they called me yesterday to go to Vivocity to change. They never really check the old phone and even allowed me to reject one phone due to a scratch on the metal.

Right now I'm super delighted with the current phone. ;)

Too bad light leaks occurs only with white iPhone. Can't use that excuse. Need a more solid reason to swap my black iPhone apart from battery issue. Any suggestions?:)

Everything else in my phone working perfectly. Sigh. LOL.

Normally, Wi-Fi issues, overheating and camera problems will be able to change. They won't do such a thorough check.

Not true. I just checked my black iPhone 5. Turn the lights off in my room, max brightness, and saw a light leak on the rim.

I'll definitely get a case now if I get my 'new' one :s13:

to add on to this problem, I also have wifi issues. Updated to 6.0.1 but still experiencing problems. wifi dont stay connected when i locked the phone. googled solutions example, resetting the network settings but still no luck.

back to the topic of cases, looking forward to get the PS AJ!

Mine no need maximum level. It was already leaking! :s13:

Edit: Interesting. Looks like Apple managed to fix the light leak. Even at maximum level no light was leaking at all.

They do change for battery issue. Have changed twice alr at singtel. Just say battery runs out fast. Or another reason could be signal issue, screen show full signal but in fact no signal and cannot use. I always used these. Hahaha
