Depends on whether Feht can continually increase DPU. Need the next 1-2 sets of results to see a trend. If it can do it, investors would pay a premium price for it.

Still waiting to see if it acquires Rendezvous hotel

FCT was at 2.00 level prior to XD. Now it's a gd time to go in before it rebounds back to pre-XD price.

It should be 1.395 since they announce that the yield is 6% based on IPO price $0.93.

I dun agree with the FEHT vs AHT comparison.

FEHT is a stapled security with a dominant business trust component.

AHT is a stapled security but with an active business trust component. A better comparison for FEHT is CDL-HTrust.

So what the big deal about an active business trust component? Some assets of AHT is lumped into the business trust. Business trust do not have to distribute 90% of their net earnings unlike a REIT. So if future acquisitions by AHT is again lumped into the business trust, then DPU may not grow.

I'm not saying that this will happen. Just need to keep this in mind.

They also purchased AscendasHT.

Hi, newbie here.

I bought the stock stated above at its IPO, and if im not wrong, it is a dividend yielding stock.

However, since the day i bought it i have not received any returns, i've tried searching the dividend payout date but i am unable to find it. In any case, aren't they supposed to give payouts every half a year at least?

Any help would be appreciated
