I just installed the second Home and Biz office to my gf's laptop.
so the keys still work.
but only if they have not been refunded yet.

So far no refunds by MS and they took back my keys, receive the refund email but so far no refund by MS. Anybody knows what's the email that I should write to?

I have received the Refund emails for 2x copies of the purchased since early Jan.

Till now still no news so couple of days ago i call them and they gave me a case number and told me they will resolve this issue.

Guess it's best to give them a call.

Until now still no refund, and no useable product key. Seriously got pawned by Microsoft this time. Totally can't touch Apple when it comes to customer service.

My $5 non refunded (i did not ask for refund, neither did Microsoft offer refund to me) H&B and H&S keys worked. Download and install using the link provided on page 183 by koreanlover. Use the option of installation without DVD.

mine refunded....
office pro keys not work, office home and business keys work.

I received their email stating will refund but so far until now no refund.
Anyway I already activated and using the S$5 Office 2013 Pro, maybe
M$ finally decided to let me have the OFF2013 Pro for S$5 :D

After this incident Microsoft's credibility really drop to the bottom.
First was this incident, and I can't imagine how many people weren't refunded.
Next, Microsoft change its licensing to allow only one install per PC, can't transfer to another PC.
And all the while they just kept quiet.

Tried my 2 office keys and stated invalid.

Went to ask MS via chat to expedite the refund. Am expecting a respnse in 24-48 hrs. Else i'll screw them since it's suppose to be done in Jan.
