Setting up

Setting up is a breeze, just pop in the support CD and launch the utility application, some clicks and that's it

Just launch the ASUS wireless utility application, select your 2.4GHz or 5GHz SSID > key in security key and you are connected

Results have shown the ASUS USB-AC53 is saturating the 2.4GHz N has to offer. Nothing special, it's just 2.4GHz

Dear toshm200,

Hi Asus,
My issue here is whenever I on my laptop, the USB-AC53 UI indicated I'm only have speed link of 175 Mbps (5 GHz). I've to go into RT-AC66U GUI page to click "Apply" to so call "re-activate" the speed link back to 585 Mbps.
Theoritically I'm not able to utilized 585 Mbps or even upto 867 Mbps but this but this is kind of annoying as I always need to go into RT-AC66U GUI page to click "Apply" :s13:
Any solution ?

Hi Asus,
I'd monitored these since afternoon and based on ur recommendation I'm able to get 586 Mbps on speed link. I'd off my laptop from 1pm til 10pm and just switch on, the speed link goes back to 175 Mbps. Can you advice again ?
Thanks.
