but no POST, just blank screen, no sound.

going to bring back for 1 to 1 exchange next week, coz no spare part to test. wasted my friday afternoon troubleshooting

Normally if I bought this kind of combi, i'll ask the person to mount my cpu and rams and test there at the shop. After you see the post screen then you bring back home. :)

Thanks though. I got the Z from best buy. Cos I compare both the z and zx. No much diff except the external controller for headphones control and plug in convenience. But I hardly use headphone. So went for the z.

Hoots of the day from SLS :

Bought both from Best Buy,SLS. $123 and $31 respectively. :s12: Both cheapest in SLS from my pricelist research..

To add on, it's my 1st time buying from Best Buy, the environment to shop and buy there is better than Tradepac when the prices of the components are similarly priced.

Finally transferred my 2nd and 3rd rigs into their new cases, sibeh jialat as I did both non-stop sia.:s22: Anyway, haven't really gotten down to tidying up cables and such since I'm running them and checking for stability. Yeah, I know, transferring part nia so should have no issue, right? Wrong, dunno why, but my GTX670's kept crashing whenever I start a game, had me pulling my hair out in frustration!:vijayadmin: Finally, the cards decided to play nice after endless rounds of removing, swapping and reseating. Somehow, the International version of FW314.22 worked much better than the English only version of the same driver......yeah, I also blur why it is so. Anyway, a simple shot of the 650D, very spacious.....I wonder why it is categorized as mid tower, it's about the same size as my full tower Tt Level 10GT.

Thank you. Yes, apparently found one of the better deals in sg by far, Zotac offers a full-fledged 5-year warranty with local support from Beyond Geek. The best part is it also comes with Zotac 3 older Assassin's Creed franchise games in the bundle, minus the useless World of Tanks voucher. This unit was a promotional offer earlier on and got it at a competitive price than the mainstream Titans.

I've inserted their facebook link in previous post, you can check that out if interested. Actually came across this in the other blue forum.;)
My experience with the person was good, he answered all my queries in detail and even sent to my workplace due to my tight and busy schedule. Thumbs up for that. :)
