Just got the ASUS Memopad HD7 earlier today :3

Good service and learning of a few things :3

Oh, as a side note, the Nexus 7 (2012 and 2013 cases) fit and don't fit respectively, but you'll have problems with the port access

The Nexus 7 2012's screen protector works, but just barely. You've got to be really accurate with it, and even then you might run into problems with the corners. I'll be getting the HD7's default screen protector in due time

yes. We give 7 days shop warranty against defects such as screen problem and problems with its hardware.

If any problem not solved by re-flashing the firmware, we will do an exchange within 7 days.
