Connectivity should be back for everyone now - if your connection is still down please try resetting the zhone and your router (if zhone is bridged) by turning them off and on.

Update: The engineers have told me that the outage was caused by a failure in the redundancy protocols whilst we were upgrading the backup link for the fibernet network.

Reporting the outage here alone isn't enough - there are some that don't check the forums for updates.

Unfortunately our bundle prices are pretty fixed - however if you don't want to get the ViewQwest TV you can opt to choose for an Apple TV instead - just make sure to let us know thats what you'd prefer when you send in the form

Hi,

I intends to sign up for VQ soon. But does VQ provides trunking service? If not, should I sign up for VQ first or should I engage a third party to do the trunking first? Sorry, still a noob in this area. Thanks for any advice!
