I went straight to the clinic ( jurong health-jurong medical centre)
There is no referral . just walk in only.


Orr could I just ask my doc at dental ffi to give me appt letter? ( I realise it.is a solution but it won't work if doc thinks my. Wisdom tooth don't need take out )

as long as JMC treats u as a subsidise patient and u hv ur extraction before u ORD it should be covered.

Sometimes, the staff doesn't know the full picture.

Like for example, you can go self walkin/refer, you are considered a private patient. But when you make payment, you flash your 11B, the staff may automatically think you were referred by DO or polyclinic and since you NSF, it's covered. So you may eventually be charged the cost when they deduct your pay. So you better clarify with them the circumstances under which you are having the surgery.

Doesn't matter about the FFI, as long as is before you ORD it should be covered

yea. better check.

If u consider a private patient, even if they charge to ur 11b, they may eventually deduct from ur pay

What's wrong with just checking with JMC to MAKE SURE you are a subsidies patient???????

Ur friend under exact same circumstances as u that got billed?

at JMC also? dental FFI is not a factor at all. Just kick that out of ur mind. What matters is ur patient status.

You can be a private patient at a public hospital. So you better check
