Hi I signed up for viewquest in start of may and during the application I indicated to pay via credit card. Fast forward to today so far I've received two invoices but no deduction from my account.

Today I received an email stating that my payment is overdue. I double checked my copy of the application form and my credit card details are correct. Any advice?

Hello viewqwest, could you elaborate further what is meant by "LAN cabling"?

Is the promo more beneficial for those who have a need to place their modems &/or routers further away from their PCs?

Thanks!
FOC service will include Cat5E cabling up to 50 meters in length, inclusive of surface trunking work (the rectangular plastic ducting) and plain RJ45 jacks.

If you wish for additional faceplate services etc., you can also advise the subcontractor - they do high quality work and concealment services too, but that's not included in the free bundle :)

Alternatively, you can buy faceplates from a few places (most shops at Sim Lim Tower e.g. Davjones or LHS will carry them, or ISTM Engineering at SLT) for just a few dollars ($5 - $10 and a cheap punch-down tool) if you want to DIY.

Yikes! Do drop cs@viewqwest.com an email with your subscriber name, they'll get the billing to verify that for you.

Are there currently issues with VQ's connection to battle.net servers? I'm getting terrible spikes from 500ms to 1651ms for Diablo 3.

Site loading is a mess. Websites are taking a long time.

Diablo 3's latency is in "red" status.

What's going on VQ??!
