so with De Burg moving out of the coffee shop in Alexandra Village, in came the guys that brought in the ramen burger, chef on wheels(COW). I have tried their ramen burger when they were selling them in gillman village and once in a while spot them in some events like the iLight Singapore. But now they have a brick and mortar instead of customers chasing them all over the island.
this is their simple menu... $12 for a main and a side. It seems this is their 2nd day of operations, bouquets of flowers still welcoming them.
Seafood Laksa Linguine - not bad got fresh crab meat (@the top and bottom), about 4 pcs of prawns, sotongs and fish cakes
topped up a dollar for truffle fries, decent and fragrant enough but could have been a bigger portion, but a side is a side.
Will go back for Immanuel French Kitchen who took the other half of De Burg's stall. Saw the menu, about $15 for duck confit
Have always been eyeing that Two Wings stall (selling chicken wings) and seasalt (selling seafood like fish and co) as well.
Jollybell for its desserts ice cream pastries chocolate, Stew Kuche, a long timer there, for its pork knuckle.
