certain huawei p7 has dual sim with 1 sim supporting gsm, the other LTE.

The new htc one e8 also have dual sim slot with 1(or both) support LTE.

Get htc e8 dual sim. It supporting lte on sim1.
Need to take note of the set u getting as there some model due to bandwidth issue does not support local 4g/lte.
U can go to Lazada to check out this phone

S5 G900FD. This is an international version, with google apps straight out of the box

Nubia Z7 models. need to root and install google apps. but cheaper la.

Noticed in the news that 2G service is going to cease in 2017.

Unfortunately most of the dual SIM phones we use can't do 4G on one SIM and 3G on another. So it will mean the phones can't do dual SIM. I most recently experienced this when I was in South Korea.

Hopefully we'll see more dual SIM phones which can do 4G/3G on one SIM and 3G minimum on the other

but that will mean the battery life of the phone will be bad, maybe new and improved battery technology comes out or manufacturers come out with big battery capacity of phones in the near future.
