Understand that now only first 2 NETS ATU will enjoy 6% cash rebate but the first 2 NETS ATU also only applicable for NETS Flashpay attached with the frank credit card? Those seperate NETS flashpay ATU charged into Frank credit card no longer enjoy 6% rebate?

They’ve since fixed it and the cards’ value will be recognised now. Sorry for the inconvenience!

That's right. The FRANK card has a CEPAS logo and the gantries/ checkpoints should be using CEPAS-compliant units.

How long did you guys get approval and receive the card? Applied through online last 2 fridays ago, OCBC site say 2-3 working days will get back but no news at all, no sms, no email??

Card applications will take 5-7 working days. If your wait exceeds that timeframe, do give us a call so that our service executives can check on what's holding up your application

If we do require more supporting documents from you, we will mail over a letter to you.

can somebody confirm if payment to lazada using paypal is entitled to 6% rebate...if OCBC is going to say Lazada paypal is classified as Government Institution or Professional Service really win liao...it would be another merchant which you pay by visa entitled to 6% rebate and pay using paypal not entitled to 6% rebate...
