Offer is valid on three-night stays only. The free night is calculated by applying a 33.33% reduction per night - based on the Best Unrestricted Rate for the dates requested upon booking

It's more of their loyalty program but improved recently though I don't stay with Accor unless some super duper promotion (like late last year).

Same here. Not much to complain about, especially at the lower price points.
