Sounds like iNO Scout 2 is worth the try! haha. with the extra battery too.
So how is the phone? Is it laggy when browsing the web, messaging and watching video files on it? Any problems like gps not working etc? What android version is it on? Planning to get one but not sure if it is worth the jump

So far did not experience any lag , currently on android 4.4.2, GPS have yet to try but should be okay

So far so good. Very smooth, no lag so far. Lots of videos in my sd card, it plays very smoothly, i use mx player.
Gps works well for me.
It's on android 4.4.2

Is it scout 2 only has blue and red led light?
Most likely.... I tried led settings... only red and blue

Nope, but I used to have a sghitech and I sold it.
Pros of ino scout 2
1.long battery life
2.water proof
3.rugged and won't break
Cons
1.USB cable , need to use the long tip 8mm micro USB head cable
2.weird storage partition
3.multi task manger have to close one by one instead of a all close button
Sghitech
Pros
1.Good partition space as you get full 16gb
2.multi task bar has a cross button to close all app
3.has tampered glass screen protector
Cons
1.screen has touch issues even after firmware fix... sometimes screen cannot recognize touch inputs. Quite irritating especially typing
2.battery life still not as good as ino scout 2
