I would say PayPal is the best payment option. Payment is convenient and immediate. PayPal lets you send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account.

how do u use paypal to pay credit card? I dont see any feature in it to do this?

I don't think it's possible. DBS iBanking has better payment options than other bank's iBanking.

Actually there is a way of rebate but it's so little that's I personally feel it's not worth going through the trouble I guess.

Yup I saw this form, but it seems super weird leh. I fill up OCBC form and send to UOB for processing, when UOB officer got to sign on OCBC form to approve or reject the GIRO arrangement, and that OCBC form to be kept in UOB file? Weird weird weird ....

The OCBC form should be sent to the billing organisation ie "OCBC credit cards". My guess is "OCBC credit cards" need to provide the DDA reference (DDA: direct debit authorisation) before UOB can process the form and direct debit the money to the OCBC credit card account.

End day the form will be in the hand of UOB because UOB need to verify the signature of the applicant before approving the GIRO. Not sure if UOB can accept leh. Anyone has experience doing this?

If u want to pay OCBC credit card:

1. U obtain form from billing organisation (BO) OCBC in this case, complete and submit to BO.
2. BO will process, send to paying bank (ie Uob)
3. Paying bank will check/approve, send back to BO
4. BO checks/process, decide when to start giro and inform u.

If u want to pay UOB credit card, UOB will be the BO as well as paying bank, let them handle internally as above.
