TLDR/W: Pretty good value for money phone. Zen UI is both aesthetically pleasing and has some useful added functions. While it is slightly more expensive then the budget Xiaomi Hongmi, it is much easier to get.

I think given the hype, xiaomi is now more well known than asus.

Ask a china person if they know 小米 or 华硕, most likely they say the former lo.
