Whoever took it, please just return the phone. It is NOT an offence to be the one returning a phone even after you've kept it for a few days. However it is an offence is you are found by the police/service provider/shop to be attempting to sell the phone or use it for personal purposes.

Put down or dropped at 7:00 am at zouk out realized pockets were light ~10 mins later... retraced steps... called phone ~20 min after misplacing, battery was already removed I take it as calls wouldn't go through.
