From 1 October 2015, your FRANK Credit Card benefits will be revised:

(1) Get 6% rebates on online purchases, up to 5% on coffee and entertainment and 3% on NETS-ATU when you spend min. S$400 offline monthly (excl. online & ATU spend).
(2) All other spends enjoy 0.3% rebates.
(3) Total monthly rebates are capped at S$60.
(4) The annual card fee is revised to S$80.

Time to cancel card. Now additional requirement to meet $400 spending offline (ridiculous!), to be eligible for
A) 6% rebate on online purchases, annoying exclusions still stand
B) 5% fri to sun on cafe/ cinema/ bar/ entertainment,
C) 3% mon to thu on cafe/ cinema/ bar/ entertainment
D) 3% for first 2 NETS flashpay atu, downgrade from 6%

I am gotta say farewell to frank 1month later~

Really wonder why OCBC keeps reducing the benefits according the board? First ocbc 360 now Frank...

Just don't understand... especially when competitors like DBS live and SCB singpost are dishing out better benefits

Might be a prob for me... As i got scb and dbs lf to use liao. Imagine how hard it is just need a ocbc card for those in house discount. Maybe 365? Ignore the 600min. Frank is good Kat time cos very low annual fee. Some times in house discount (like dynasty restuarant) can cover the annual liao if forget waive. Now raised /:
