First time using... Made a few transactions in the past few days... basically paid for hotel directly from the ExpediaXUOB link... Fingers crossed...

Anyway for transactions in foreign currency made online... There's a fine print saying it depends on the gateway... Anyone had tried to appeal and is successful?
The PRVI Miles has so much fine print and UOB Travel is so painful it's really not worth it

Anyone received the bonus miles for the 5mpd campaign? https://www.uob.com.sg/personal/cards/credit/uob-prvi-miles-card/pdfs/prvi-fx-campaign.pdf

I SMSed enrolment, received confirmation, physically spent >$1000 overseas at shops with correct MCCs and still haven't got any bonus miles which were meant to be credited by 31st July.

Further to the above. It seems I should have read the terms and conditions.

Even if you meet all of the requirements of the campaign like I have done and physically made FX charges with the correct MCC using a PRVI cc, UOB is under no obligation to award any miles or offer any explanation as to why they weren't given:-

2.8 UOB has the absolute right and unfettered discretion to make decisions on all matters relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including but not limited to the determination of whether you have met all the requirements of the Promotion, determination as to whether a transaction qualifies to be eligible and determination of the UNI$ to be awarded to you under this Promotion. UOB’s decisions shall be final, conclusive and binding on all parties concerned and no payment or compensation will be given. The Bank shall not be obliged to give any reason or prior notice or enter into any correspondence with any person on any matter relating to the Promotion or its decision or to assume any liability to any person and no appeal, correspondence or claims will be entertained.

CAVEAT EMPTOR.

There's definitely a T&C link somewhere that you can click through to find out.

AMEX, 20000 miles and free annual fees if you spent 50K per year. which is rather easy, for now

Now you’ll be able to earn a new enhanced rate of 3 mpd (UNI$7.5 per S$5 spend) for what the bank calls ‘Regional currency’ spend, which applies to any transactions (i.e. at physical point-of-sale, or online) effected in the following currencies:
