Hey guys, you guys are downloading the WRONG version.

The key we bought is for Professional, the download link is for Professional PLUS
When you input the key and click "Redeem Online" the page didn't load but there's a tick beside, now click "Finish Activation" you will see the products we found in your account can't be used to activate.
Professional product key has a tick when a Professional Plus key has to be used? Doesn't seem right. :s11:

Yo there
I was having the same issue as well.
I was on firefox.

Then I used IE instead.
And went through like a hot knife through butter.
Payment went through and I got the CD key as well.

Try changing the browser to complete the transaction.
All the best!

Please click here to return to Microsoft Store home page

I saw my credit card deduct $2.00 from my account???
