In fairness to LVG, if he did not go for instant success how can he start his youth....you need to get some results before you could implement anything that make people believed in you....if SAF started the class 92 in the beginning, we would not see a successful Sir Alex.

I think once he is settled with the team chasing for glory then he will look at youth....if any managers willing to look at youth they are either 1) the club do not have money or unwilling to spend 2) time is given to him regardless of success.
