Time to go Russia?

The russian rouble has fallen to less than 80 per US Dollar, with a the steepest drop of 20% happening in a matter of hours despite the central bank intervention of raising interest rate from 10.5% to 17%.

This was also due to western sanctions and Brent Crude oil prices falling to less than USD$60 a barrel which may plunge Russia into recession for 2015.

Russian Luxury Hotel prices have also dropped significantly whereby it has become much more affordable to visit Moscow and other cities.

It's too cold now. And will the Roubles be still low come April?

The ruble may not exist as a currency the way things are going lol. But likely it will stay low as long as oil remains low. Follow the oil.
