ohh bro, actually im worried about the smell too.. hahahhaah. is there any other then stowa?

other than Stowa, try to regular brands loh.. Oris etc.. they are not ETA 2824 or SW200. cost maybe same as stowa but getting a cheaper movement. Soprod A10 is like ETA 2892, some ppl argue little better.

Mido maybe have and perhaps can get a top grade 2824. just walk into a shop and check out is best if U don't wish to get online.

to get a 2892, need to pay more than 2K else get brand like Epos. mostly leather too. no option to change unlike stowa, never click around the site jump on conclusion yucks

Your watch is a perpetual calendar?

If it isn't, I wouldn't bother. Just let it take a 1-month rest. When I want to wear it again, I'd just wind it.

I just pick up this Eilux EW-3454 MK from eBay for just S$130 including shipping from HK in just 4 days. I have seen this going for $400 each. There is some blemish on the case. other than that, it looks new to me but could be those set with some cosmetic defects that they want to off-load. The winder works perfectly and is very quiet.
There are other models available from the seller but the Eilux name is blank off in the pictures. The unit I received have all the Eilux brand on it. Try to post some pic later.

The red circles are the slight blemish.

Those that got lobang to share but cannot really say much might as well don't say. Of course if not comfortable with releasing publicly can ask users to pm you but don't put yourself on a high pedestal. I'm sure those with pockets deep enough to hoot lolec will appreciate savings of a few k. Enough to go holiday, have a good meal whatever you want.

my sentiments exactly. rich or not, if can get at a better price without much hassle, i dont see why wouldn't someone rational enough wouldn't wanna to have that extra savings.

some people got the green to buy watches, but no connection, probably just starting in collecting etc. some can't buy that many but got connection. so many types of buyers in this world.

Antea 390 A 10 - STOWA GmbH & Co.KG

Hmm, ok noted, I realised you did not mention much about seiko, tissot, tag and the usual ones.. Is that preference?

Bro, I did, did not really fancy the design, thats why i asked for other brands.. not exactly what i was looking for

1-2k u don't mind getting a seiko?
If so try orient royal
WE0021EK?Royal Orient?????????????

2k tag maybe all quartz line, auto over priced 2824 anyway.
Design or style is very personally, better for u to hunt around. The usual ones u could google or check their site why ask ppl when u know where to check out the style. Lol

I only suggest value for $$$ brands if u want to stretch your $$, without knowing what u like cannot read mind lol

Sorry guys ..I was unclear with my question. Let me rephrase.

Directed at noobzpro. ..

Tudor pelagos at 3.5k is a good deal right?*

For the new Rolex gmt...You able to get it at sub 10k? Serious? ???Is this watch going to be limited edition? Or I can get it throughout the year?

ok lor 3.5k lowest i found myself so far.....yea less than 10 for the new gmt....so far stocks will be gradually coming in....no news on whether its limited...

Welcome to the club! Did u find it small? Many ppl here thinks its small due to dial size without much thought.

The bezel is almost non-existence, and together with the slightly curved crystal, the 38mm watch wears way bigger... So it's quite a correctly sized dress watch for me.
