Like I said, don't bother getting a new wired control from creative. The problem STILL persists. I've got 2 replacement volume controls and all have this problem after awhile. Your best bet is to DIY it like I mentioned earlier.

Yes, will try but, just it doesn't work after ...

BTW, as it's not working now.. i've nothing to lose :s22:

Exactly. You have nothing to lose. This mentality is how I managed to repair my knob. DIY. Contact cleaner gets the job done. :s13:

like to ask t3 users when you guys turn on the speakers there will be a blue led on the control together with a tick sound in the amp right? because currently when i turned on the speakers the blue led comes on but no more tick from the amplifier. No output from the speakers at all. originally paid $299 when it was released so its long out of warranty.:( any recommendations where i can get my t3 checked?

Just open up the volume knob and use a wet cloth and clean the contact point. Just fixed mine.

Bought it at the recent comex. Day 1 of usage. Playing game halfway the volume will just drop to zero and I have to touch the volume control knob to up it. Happens intermittently.

There will be a clicking sound from the subwoofer before it off.

Remote problem?

Yes remote problem. If still under warranty just change the entire set for peace of mind.

PS: Remote problem will persist, easier to just max out the volume knob, tape it and use your keyboard/manual adjust the volume from your computer.
