LG Roboking

After spending days reading through the Roomba and Scooba thread from page 1 to page 608, I think the LG Roboking suits my needs. But now wondering what's the difference between the models. Had searching online for comparison of models but cant find. I only know that latest model has the 3rd eye which I don't required. Can the current Roboking owners help? Cos online price difference is huge!!

LG Singapore had brought in Hom-bot (Roboking VR5902LVM). I had managed to order through a neighbourhood electronic store and collected it last week (not able to find in the mega electronic stores then).

These are some enhancements in VR61xxLVM over VR59xxLVM.

Seems to be reduced in efficiency in picking up finer dust particles and the Grade of the HEPA filter is reduced (11 to 10) and noisier too. Would seem to be a good choice if you have carpets though.

Based on the video the LG Roboking was the best in terms of picking up dirt plus it did it in the shortest time... Is it because of reliability issues that you are saying it's no good?

The newer version the Roboking Dual Eye 2.0 looks good to me and I believe is even better than the round models (Due to better efficiency & ability to pick up dirt in corners)... Any users bought this? Any reviews on this?

I had a roboking since may this year, must say it is superb. If you don't mind some dust and dirt in corners, like me, then roboking can do all your sweeping task. I follow up by using Scooba to mop, job done. I have not lifted my broom or mop since, except to clean the toilet. But sadly my roboking stopped working 3 days ago. Still waiting for seller to help me as I bought mine online.

My mum has a roboking from Courts, got it free from May bank promotion. Courts selling $799, it's different model from mine. Has been working well too.
