If you got 5 fancoils, i think yr sys is likely to be Fujistu sys 5. The fancoil that is giving you problems, the coil is likely to be choked and requires a chemical flush.

Do not use Hintech.

Did not perform what was indicated on the flyer.

When called to inquire, hang up on me!

Hi friend,

DO NOT use TECH V COOL. Long story not worth repeating here. If you treasure your peace and money do not use them.

I am suffering and regretting now. Must wait till end of the year then contract complete. So depressing.

seconded - I've used coolserve two or three times, and they are great. not the cheapest ($40 per wall unit, plus GST!), but they do take the time to test and measure the temp and gas propertly before servicing, to see if it really needs it, and to make sure the aircon is actually cold after. also, they seem to have a proper customer database, so if you ring up for the second time they'll already have your address and details of how many units you need done.

also, singapore aircon are good - they've got a nice online booking thing on their website, it shows you a map of your location then they just come, no phone calls or having to give directions to them. the service technician that came was friendly and knowledgable too.

anyone tried doing this before? I have 3 bedroom and 1 Living room, total 4 FCU. Thinking to sign up 2 FCU, 2 times a year service package... When the guy comes, i just tell him which 2 FCU of the 4 to service.

Basically, i service my FCU only once a year, using this 2 FCU 2 times a year service package.

Hi WM,

thanks for the compliment.

just glad that we manage to solve your problem! :)

as for the "free" cleaning, it is something sometimes we can offer
or some value added service we can provide within our means.

but not always we can do that, hope the folks reading this understands. :)

hock wang

just a side note with regards to our service trade.

for us as a aircon contractor, we will meet alot of different customers, different kind of characters, day in day out.

but i can say that, we maybe lucky, as most of the customers we met, are a bunch of understanding and good folks.

they understand our kind of job scope, the danger we have while we are outside the window checking the unit, one customer even offer me a umbrella while i'm checking a outdoor unit when it pour suddenly today and seriously, we appreciated that kindess! :)

but sad to say, we do meet with a very small group of undesirable customer.

a true experience we encounter, to cut the story short, it is a "trap" setup for us. the aircon system already got an inherent problem and the customer insisted we do servicing for him.
after the servicing, the aircon works fine and we left.

but, in the next early morning, he sms us, telling us the "exact timing" which the aircon system had stop working, insisting us to come the same day to rectify the problem.

when we reached, now the real problem surface, and it is a big problem. the customer insisted that our servicing had damaged his aircon system and insisted we repair or compensate him. now, we know we are trapped. :(

not to mention about the outcome here but we would just like to highlight here is, for us, we sometimes do met with such a customer.

to us, we only believe in providing professional advice and services to our customer, as we know, by "chopping carrot" or making "quick buck" is not the right method to build up business and we seriously believe tofels and his parent will know how we fare.

we know this sentence "customers is always right" and i agree and respect it.

but really, after a few bad encounters, we do really hope that bad customer don't call upon us, no pun intended, but this is seriously what we feel, as it is really really not a nice experience.

sorry for this long post, but would just like to highlight the risk we are taking.

regards,
hock wang
