My family just completed our BTO renovation and I found the Carpentry work to be sub standard, maybe its just me, maybe you guys can give me some insights on what you think?

dont made the last payment ask them to rectifier the fault first.

Can see your contractor got no pride. Just any how whack. Make mistake also don't attempt to rectify. The closet door hitting then fan is epic. Shows he didn't even measure. Based on that alone I would withhold any more payments and ask him to redo the entire thing at no extra charge. If he's not happy, ask him go to Small Claims Tribunal. :s8:

Lousy workmanship. Hold on to any further payment. Ask the company to rectify.
