Recommend Dual Sim With Both 4G Support

Do you mean when there's two SIMs in your phone, both in 4G+3G mode or you want a phone that both slots support 4G SIM but with two SIMs, only one will be in 4G, another will only be in 2G?

Samsung Galaxy A8 4G+ would be best for you then, but when there's two SIMs in the phone, one will be in 4G+ network, another will be only in 2G network.

What I mean is : -

1) Can both in 4G mode at the same time?

or

2) Sim 1 in 4G mode and Sim 2 in 3G mode?

or

3) If Sim 1 in 4G mode and Sim 2 in either 2G or 3G mode but when I switch over to Sim 2 , can Sim 2 switch to 4G mode?

Also for dual sim cards , if in other country. Can Sim 1 (using Singapore Sim Card) switch off data mode and Sim 2 get a local Sim card with data to use for receiving email (setup in Sim 1 card) or WhatApps/LINE message (setup in Sim 1 card)?

The setup of email, WhatsApp etc is tied to your phone and not to your sim card. You can still receive WhatsApp messages to your Singapore whatsapp account by using data from sim2.

None of these. Both slot support 4G. But at anyone time. 1 on 4G and the other on 2G, not even a 3G.

Both of Alcatel Flash 2's sim slots can also support 4G but i think for only 1 slot at any given time

why not the Lg g4 dual sim

cheapest $635 at lazada or cheaper if you can get it elsewhere.

LG G4 both sim are 4G slot BUT only 1 slot is enable for 4G. What Norman wanted are BOTH slot are 4G enable meaning switching for sim1 4g to sim2 is also using 4G.

Some Dual LTE from China maker are not both FDD-LTE, it could be FDD-LTE + TDD-LTE for redundancy use in mainland china.

It seems that all dual sim phone, only one sim is 4G while the other is on 2G. Must manually switch the data connection to other sim. Then when Singapore Telco stop 2G services end 2017, current dual sim will no longer useful because the sim that is not on data connection is at 2G and our Telcos will not support them.
Therefore in the coming future phone manufacturers must come out with dual standby on 4G.
