The company has survived for 3 years and has so far never heard of any complains for not paying their customer. I am also buying from them for quite a number of months, so far have been quite positive. .

If you have done your due diligence, you should accept your overlook or greed in failed investment. MAS is not going to cover your backside over failed investment since they already put the company in their Alert list many years back.

And for investment, don't follow the herd's mentality just because they offer 2%. You should have prepared to lose 30% in this as you are still holding onto the super-inflated gold?

You should lookup my other posts related to these companies, i can only guess that you should still be able to get what they promise you on the % except that the buyback date is probably not guaranteed since all the customers maybe are mad rushing to sell.

My last word to you is if you are not taking calculated risk and doing due diligence before investing, don't invest in the first place.

On 1 hand they are delaying sell backs and commission and even the discount rebates........on the other hand they are constantly having new promotions. It's sickening to see how the newer customers are going to suffer even more as they are used to cover older customers' payouts.

Pure ponzi at this stage....no doubts about it. If existing Genneva agents and customers still believe that Genneva will pay back their money it's as sure as the Sun will rise from the West.

Revenue is not the appropriate word my friend.....COSTS is.

We are growing in numbers and as this number swells.....we can saturate our legal costs till its worth our while to take legal action against what we are risking at Genneva.

We cannot afford to wait for MAS or CAD to take action while they might be stashing their money away and potential planning to escape to other countries.

He is so experience that he won a case when representing a plump foreign lady whom fell down in a local restuarant during lunch hours when the restuarant was mopping the dirty floor and also had displayed the becareful signage to block acessing the wet areas...

If based on what they are doing now at this stage!!!!
1) genneva got cash flow problem therefore they need more cash...
2) customers need to put their gold bar to genneva 3 days for renewal
3) if you guys read my last post... genneva mooncake promotion
4) Yes mooncake promotion!!! genneva will not purchase any gold bar from UOB this time, so that mean all the cash that come in is even more than what i calculated, because they are using old customers gold bar to sell off to new customers... and when this go on and on....

At the end of the day..... Old customers no longer holding on their gold bar....
