I bought a few German listed building projects last year and have started receiving the 2% since Feb this year. The payment invariably comes even earlier than due date so I am very satisfied n happy with the investments. Next week, I will be receiving full payout for a project that will exit early , about 9 mths instead of 12 months. Yes, there will be a celebration cheque presentation n I m most happy to attend. I see nothing wrong as why shouldnt we celebrate when we have such good fortune to receive 12% returns in 9 months?
