They should convert cookhouse into canteen with different stalls and give the soldiers a card with stored value to purchase food of their choice

That won't work. Canteen doesn't have that amount of capacity and labour to provide that amount of food.

I want to save money and i stay near army camp. Can I suka suka go inside the army camp to jiak free meals at cookhouse? I just tell the guardhouse that i going to medical centre for ffi or visiting emart.
