Faced semi-DC today at 5.35pm.

Windows Live Messenger disconnected. Diablo III's latency spiked to 635ms(but no DC) for a minute or two before going back to usual rate. Kindly check whats the bug causing this. TIA

my opennet installation is next week and my VQ activation the week after. I hope things like DCs during weekends are not a usual thing with VQ :0

Yeah, would like to know more about the number porting service.

How would it be done and what is it generally? Allows us to use our current landline number?

i was also playing diablo 3 HC and lost connection.

i rebooted the zhone router, and no more disconnections after that

there's a need to reboot my router every few days; once lag spikes start appearing, or intermittent disconnections, i reboot, and the problem's solved

not sure if this is 'normal' though.

I called the helpdesk earlier n they mentioned my zhone router is having some error. Advise me to restart the router n the dc issue is gone. If there is a need to restart the router every now n then, prehap the firmware still need some more improvement in term of stability .

Not for me - I don't leave my router on 24/7, and I still face this issue.

On a sidenote, it's been a while since we've heard of new firmware updates for the router - it's one of the major things that's crippling the router functions. Any idea if you could get a status update from Zhone?

No issue for me, never needed to restart Zhone since it was installed, probably because I'm using Zhone in bridge mode.

Anton, 2 questions.

1. My apartment is wired up. Is there a way to make use of the wall mounted rj11 outlets?

2. Is faxing supported?

Thanks.

Not sure on this, but prior feedback on the Starhub VOIP mentioned that you could just plug in a RJ11 cable from the modem to the phone jack, and everything would be connected.

If this issue keep coming up weekly , Maybe i need to get my own router and use bridge mode as well...

By the way, any idea which router is good on the market to support ipv6?

<i am noob when it comes to router lol, appreciate if some advise on the model/brand is given:)>
