Dear MyRepublic. We are having issues using your Internet since 28th Jan 2015 (Wednesday). We have been trying to get updates from you all regarding unstable Internet (13% packet loss). All the time you are telling us you will get back to us. And then finally today 3rd Feb 2015, you asked us to call SingTel when we are paying for your Internet?
