specs not true one lah. Alway change abit there and there.

It may not be 100% true but most of the time these leaks are pretty accurate.

Anyway, as the release date gets closer, more leaks will appear and the accuracy of the leaked specs should improve.

4 more months to go.

:D;)

Whats the use of 6GB RAM? Stop that crap by adding more stuff that consumer needs to pay for it. Adding more RAM just give Samsung more reasons to add in more bloat..

6GB ram seriously is overkill, doesnt serve any purpose.

What Samsung should do is pool their resources to the software department, seriously lacking. Just look at the S7 edge problem thread already can facepalm

And push the latest Android firmware to their devices like HTC or motorola, thats a selling point for people who's considering to purchase their products

Samsung phone 10GB Ram also not enough. My S7 Edge has 4GB, only 1.4GB free. My S6 Edge 3GB Ram only but has 1.2GB free. Give u 6GB on note 6 at most 2.5GB free lol.

that's the problem with samsung or other android phones. really don't know after so many years liao why they still can't improve in ram management. give X GB of Ram yet more than 50% of it always in use.:vijayadmin:

Are you kidding me? This is call memory caching. The more memory you hv,you can cache more in memory so it doesn't get flushed out as quickly. Google minfree if you want to understand more on this. You can tweak how much memory u want to free up but u need root. Back in the days where phones hv lesser memory, it is important to tweak minfree for better multitasking but new phones nowadays that hv 2gb ram or more doesn't hv to much problem anymore.

For 3gb ram, it is already possible to cache over 10 apps including games (also depending on how big each app's memory allocation) without having to refresh or reload so more memory will be able to cache more but in practical point of view, whats the need to put so many apps in memory?

The other benefit maybe to run memory intensive apps but we are talking about phone here so do they think we are running photoshop or autocad on our phones? Maybe a few people that uses these memory intensive apps but to general public, it's just buying something that we don't need.

Let me name my dream spec so if Samsung do read this, hope they can work on their next note or s series

1) 2k amoled screen but ability to turn off pixels to emulate 1080p when needed to save battery life
2) Dual camera (like the p9)
3) rear (useful when reaching phone from the pant pocket) and front (useful when phone is placed on the table) fingerprint sensors but do away with hardware home button
4) stick to 3 or 4gb ram max
5) pressure sensitive touch screen since now android N will hv native support
6) better software optimization and bug fixes
7) fast updates

That's why I mentioned software . U throw in 10 gb ram may not equals more free ram due to how the software is designed, the iphone 1gb ram can manage better than a Samsung with 4gb ram

Rubbish! IOS maybe optimized but android isn't that bad. What Samsung did is to add it's layer of customization
