Just a curiosity, who is getting the S7 or S7 Edge. Just to see if it tallies with the world results to.

To keep this thread rolling, one could also indicate where they are getting their device on launch day itself.

Probably can do a meet up and queue together, chit chat etc.

Not surprising. haha. S$100 more for bigger screen, the edge, and bigger battery. Previously for Note 4 vs Note Edge, S6 vs S6 Edge, Note 5 vs S6 Edge+, I chose the non-edge version every time without regret or hesitation. Cause not much diff for a lot more $$$, the edge features also like useless. This time round is the opposite. Edge FTW. unless you really don't like the edge or bigger phones.

I saw during a youtubers unboxing there is a protective clear piece. Most probably bear with it till can find a shop with SP for the edge.

Lol, i think i have to agree.

The Edge this time round proves its purpose well rather than the older devices.

My first Note Edge was actually fine. The fact that i moved all the apps shortcuts to the edge was pretty interesting. I had no applications on main screen other than games. If it is not for the dead pixel, i would have retained the phone.

2nd was the s6 edge. This was an utter disappointment as the edge serves 0 purpose at start. And finally after some software upgrades, it has some functionality but still crap.

Then now, the s7 edge serves more pupose. And with higher battery capacity and not much bigger than the s7 itself. I find it justifiable.
