Anyone encounter this problem? After the 4.1.2 update, all my contacts' names cant be displayed properly during an incoming call or sms.
Some will be shown after inserting a +65 in their contact, but some still dont work. How to fix this??

Best To Change. Just inform the Telco that there is some issues with your SIM and ask for a new replacement.

No need to reboot. I just removed the Google account and added it back. Once the contacts synced the messaging app was showing names properly. I think it's a caching problem. Looks like the Google contacts cache needed a refresh.

So yea guys, don't hold the update for this issue. It's easily fixable

I've been having problems with my SD card since I got my phone, and I was wondering if there are any here who are experiencing these problems too.

In essence, every few weeks, I will lose write-access to my SD card. Attempting to record videos or audio to my SD card will fail. Connecting my phone to my computer will result in my SD card appearing, but me not being able to move, paste, delete, etc. any of the files. I can solve this by directly inserting the card into my computer's card reader and having windows explorer scan for errors.

I've worked around this problem by moving all my songs that are part of a playlist onto my internal storage, so that removing my SD card won't empty out my playlist, but it can get kind of annoying.

Updated mine to MB4 yesterday night OTA but it rebooted itself just 10min
ago and set get warm after that in my pocket.

mine also gt tis problem. Temporary method i press and hold the nfc shortcut to activate instead

I'm intending to get Samsung S3 for spare phone but I'm currently using iphone with iFlexi Value plan from Singtel.

I understand that in order to get Samsung S3, we need to change our plan from iFlexi Value plan to Flexi Value plan. But I still want to use my iphone afte getting Samsung S3. Is it still possible to stick to my current plan and get to use both my iphone and Samsung S3?
