it depends on area. i think to be fair to the telcos. they are stronger in certain areas and weaker in some. but i think most important of all signal must be strong at your own home because thats where you spend most of your time. if your telco's signal is not strong there, then I suggest you jump ship to one that has got strong signal at your home.
Btw, tomorrow is D-day for Starhub. Starhub is supposed to call me back to give me a solution for the poor reception at my area. And one of the customer manager said that they will call me tomorrow to give me a solution. And I told them that if they do not have a solution, I am going to jump ship. And I told them flat in the face that they can go ahead and charge me the penalty of $300, and I am not going to pay. And I told them to go ahead and sue/ban me for life for all i care.
Their signal at my area is very weak, and I can hardly surf the net on my 3G signal. And they told me that they have no future plans to install more base stations at my area. So, too bad. I am not going to stick with a telco who does not have any plans to make my life better.
Btw, my case has dragged for 6 mths already, and so far, I have spoken to 3 different customer service managers already. It has escalated to a point where I have to say enuff is enuff.
