Singapore custom 3/4 tank rule

Just wanna know if the 3/4 tank rule still got the officers check or not ? How frequent they check ? What are the consequences if never meet 3/4 tank :)

They still check.
Frequency only the ICA officers would know but as someone who goes into JB every 2-3 days, I have yet to be checked. This does not really mean anything, it could just be my luck.
First offence is $100 fine and you get turned around back into SG after some troublesome paperwork in the customs office. Many people have said that if you have half tank, they let you go with a warning to keep it at 3/4 next time.

Tuas side quite on nowadays. Always got officer there at the side after u check ur passport. They will check ur cash card too to see if u paid the toll

ts take my advice. doesn't matter if they check or don't. just pump 3/4 or full tank before u go in... :(

At the very least 60% full as shown by your fuel gauge. No point taking risks. You won’t save much because the law will catch up with you.

I normally go in 1/2 tank uh , so far never been checked cause I go in peak hour

But now since the toll change to $1 from $3.80 and Malaysia side from RM 29.70 to RM 22.90 , think people start going alr to pump petrol

usually they check after 9am in weekday..if u keep 3/4 i rather u dun go in..wan go in save money..keep yr tank empty..

Pure luck if u ask me. Last year traveled in through Woodlands, got check at 3am (Yes! Bloody 3am, got checked) and was fined $100 and u-turn back to sg.
