the barren period of no dividends for this counter is during feb to end apr.

What's your average price for Plife Reit?

Hi Teerence

I've traded a couple of times on PLife more than I would like to.

Usually I would sell them once it hits above $2.55 and a couple of times I sold above $2.60.

I usually try to buy them back at the $2.20-$2.35 range.

try to average down to 2.22, cannot get.
got at 2.23 earlier...:s22:

the major corrections few months ago, also hardly affected it.
2.20 first level of support, 2nd level probably is 2.09 which was last year dec.

Hi Simon_84

Any reason why you wanted to add Plife badly?

If i remember correctly in your other posts, you mentioned you were selling off some of your other Reits and accumulating cash for fear of QE tapering.

I apologize in advance if I am mistaken ;)

same method as what you are doing.

there are only 2 reits in the market that has stable pricing, Areit and this.
the other 2 reits i plan to accumulate more are FCT and MCT (which both are quite volatile as well especially FCT), can't wait to sell the rest of them off especially the bleeding first reit and suntec.

for the sake of having quarterly dividends, is necessary to have some reits unless starhub drop below 4 again then i would accumulate more of starhub else plife and Areit are considered imo the "bluechip" status in the reit sector.

would be good to sell off some portion for cash once a while :D

Ah icic.

I am trying to add to non-reits sectors as well now that my reits allocation are in the 50% range of my overall portfolio.

Looking closely on ST Eng.
