seems to me procurri is a sub-company of declout, which procurri main business is in datacentre hosting and selling of hardwares.

I would assume its kinda like keppel dc reits? But with additional business line in selling the hardwares and maintenance services in offsite.

I dont mind play lottery and apply the ipo since datacentre should be relatively safe for awhile, since the facilities are about 2 - 3 years old and already in operation.

just my thoughts

Not exactly, Declout is a business incubator. Their job is to grow all the subsidiaries they acquired.

And procurri is not a data center. They provide hardware service and support to data centres. Means if data centre industry boom, procurri will boom also
