According to report Ms Saw Phaik Hwas bought on 10Dec 2012 but her secretary filed only on 18 Dec as Ms Saw was out of Simgapore from 11-14Dec 2012

Good sign Ms Saw Phaik Hwa still buying ..she bought on 10Dec 2012 though small amount 12000@$1.088 of Auric Pacific shares..she already owns 235000 of auric shares..since joining Auric Pacific on 1 May 2012 ..what is SMRT loss is Auric gains ...she bought means price should continue on uptrend-she respomsible for all the retail shops and rental revenue when she was at SMRT..also she did well at Duty free shopping...

Where to find the news that any Insider Trades for Company in SGX ?
major shareholders will hve to file their purc hases or sales..SGX announcement,EDGE mag,Biz times,etc..SGX better faster access for U

Ms Saw esp good at retail operations that's why all the shops set up at MRT spaces, provide good rental income for SMRT..operations part she assigned to her other " generals" becoz she not very technical, just like she was in Duty free shop all retail operations can be attributed to Ms Saw so she fits in aptly into Auric..all course head must roll due to SMRT operations and she ultimately succumb to it by resigning..what's is SMRT loss is Auric 's gains..U will now when share price soar again...she's buying at $1.088 will provide the floor support..not too late to accumulate as Auric used to be $3-4 stock like Cerebos and over so many years the share had not be diluted by bonus or rights issues ,hence at this price is still low,but historic low eill be at 40cts previously..not too late yet

I thought those who are and were in charge of managing SMRT had screwed up everything from HR prspective to Maintenance and Emergency Issues

OUE and Auric how related ar?
My thoughts exactly....

I can't see any relevance apart from them being backed by Lippo Group...

Lippo Group stocks ain't like Peter Lim stocks whereby when one moves... afew others under the same umbrella moves... (eg Rowsley, UPP, Infomatics - in PL's case)

OUE and Auric are realted by the same parent-Lippo Gp...the 2 stocks may move in tandem...especially if say OUE succeeded in takeover of F&N and the price shot up..pple may buy Auric as it is much cheaper than OUE...Auric act as a cheaper proxy for OUE...:s13:Auric was $1.12 verses OUE $2.80 as at 26 Dec 2012

Ms Saw already owns about 245000 of Auirc..she must hve bought after joining in May 2012

..with Ms Saw buying at about $1.08..it's time we accumulate too:s12:

Auric has recovered to level seen on Oct 2012...where it hit a high of $1.38

Hit $1.30 on valentine day's hope it ends >1.30 today,14 Feb 2013.likley to head higher ,for > 20 years no bopnus at all and clearly it is undervalued, where during its hey days it was $3-4 another Cerebos,so despite so many years and with Ms Saw at the helm..expect $1.60-2.00

Good call to TS, insider trading of a stock that is:

1) Trading significantly below NAV and tangible asset.
2) High dividend payout track record.
3) Low P/E
4) Low Debt to Equity

Auric Pacific Group Ltd (AURI.SI) Financials | Reuters.com

This might really be a classic Peter Lynch turnaround stock in the making.

Now they just need to get some profit in..
as at 13 Feb 2013 cleared $1.20:s12:close at $1.225 first day of trading in year of snake

Auric in the past worth $3-4 another Cerebos..over 20 years never give bonus N rights issues,so share not diluted..hope Ms Saw will spur Auric further..she responsible for SMRT and Duty Free supernnormal profit b4 leaving SMRT,she responsible for retail shops being set up at MRT's premises but operations on train she's no good

19Feb 2013 Auric high at $1.32

20Feb 2013 hit high of $1.335,Oct 2012 high was $1.39

Still worth keeping for the long term as Auric was not diluted by bonus or rights issue for the past 15 years,With Ms Saw at the helm the upside shd be good, imagine if she still buy at about $1.10,at $1.31 is still a bargain,in the past used to be like Cerebos $3-4 stock..I reckon Auric will be at least $1.60-$2.00,recent pick up vol suggest some accumulation in process

Wow worth the wait close Feb 25 at $1.335,will let my profits run,I hve faith in Ms Saw see at least $1.60,recall in Oct 2010 Auric soared to such level only to be bashed to $1.08 where she picked up more shares..she joined in May where Auric then was 70cts..results moderate but mkt look to future esp with Ms Saw at the helm-4% dividend but maybe some goodies

Dow dropped> 200 points Auric close ab $1.37 likley may surpassed 2012's high of $1.39,today's vol is high for Auric, that's a good sign .close at $1.37 on 26Feb

will make new high again
