Illuma is probably the ugliest shopping center in SG.. with all those hexagons outside like pieces of cataracts.. :(

After awhile....you will get used to it n start admiring its "beauty".

Same with Esplanade durian....it is a National Icon now. :s13:

Frankly I was a little taken aback when CMT decides to buy Iluma. And doubly so when they decide to do a AEI. I mean WTH? That shopping mall is practically new!

I never can understand why Iluma was such a disaster. While some may say its ugly, I think perhaps it may be a building 'ahead of its times'. And given CMT's track record for asset enhancement (Juction 8, Plaza Spura, Funan just to name a few), I think its smart of them to purchase Iluma and connect it to BJ to make it an integrated mall.

Conclusion: Same sentiment as addict. (Vested)

I feel its still high... any experts regarding the current price.

Not expert....CMT was the first stock I bought when I start investing in shares.....

It got a CD tag on now.....wait for XD.
Market is on downtrend now.....wait....

There are 3 reits in the entire SGX which hardly saw any correction in the recent big selldown, somemore can go against tide during certain days.

One is plife < armour plate 10" thick HT/armour-piercing round proof
No prizes for guessing which are the other 2.

Got recession or no recession our shopping malls day in day out full full. :look:
