14 Apr: appointed Independent Special Auditor and requested suspension.

Today, one of those theoretically possible but very rare things to happen:

21 Apr: Jadiete Capital, SinoWealth Capital Ltd and Christopher Chong Meng Tak request an EGM, claiming to own/control at least 16% of the share capital. They want 7 resolutions - 4 to remove current directors, including the sitting chairman, and 3 to appoint new directors.

And if that wasn't "exciting" enough, the CFO has resigned.

"Due to unpaid salaries and CPF contributions from the Company, Mr Chen Siew Loon has stated that he is of the view that there has been a repudiatory breach of his employment contract by the Company, and that his employment with the Company will thus cease with immediate effect."
