i have no position on them. just wanted to discuss the stock

why are you so confident of this stock? other than RSI oversold, could see a tech rebound, but then with the corporate actions looming..

The prices of rights n convertibles bonds are not fixed.

I believe they need to raise xxx millions and thus they cannot afford to let the price drop too much if not these corporate actions will not rise enough money.

Credit suisse would know how much Ezra request them to raise and they would know what share price they would need to maintain to raise that money

ezra's profit margin has been falling falling and falling. fundamentally, the company itself also not doing well lei. i believe investors are worried that price will continue to fall after rights issue

Nvm. Let's just see if I'm right and credit suisse will turn buyer.

I plan to exit before dilution and re enter once it stablise post dilution
