Yes of cos. It wont be in your iOCBC account but you can sell it through any broker.

i'm glad it didn't... but i think it'll normalise to just a bit above par in due time..
meanwhile, i'm now reducing my holding by half while the trading is still so liquid... didn't expect to be allocated that much in the 1st place
