PCRD’s share price has doubled over the last 3 years to a multi-year high of S$0.345 as at 16 April 2015 but yet remains very much undervalued. With the Company aggressively buying back its shares and reducing its public float to just above 13%, we think there is a good chance that this will be the year Richard Li finally privatises the Company.

hmmmm...let me do abit of review for this ba...

currently, free float is only 13%...very close to the minimum of 10% required to be listed on SGX....potential privatization deal coming?

share buyback programme by the company has been aggressive...9.9% which is near the maximum of 10% allowed by last yr's AGM.

The upcoming AGM on 24 Apr will likely hold the key. If the share purchase mandate is renewed as it should, company share buybacks will start again after temporarily being stopped as it has reached last year's granted limit. Until then, they may possibly be a few days of slightly higher than usual volatility.

problem is, now free float left 13%.

min 10% must be free float, if not privatization.

so now the question is, will Richard Li make it private? if so, share price can potentially sky rocket.

Anyone attended today's AGM? I missed it due to other commitments. Would be great if anyone can provide a brief summary of the proceedings. Share price has been going up so I suppose something positive might have transpired today?

No problem. Just trying my luck to see who attended. As to the share buyback mandate, it is still the 10% max that has been passed even though realistically they can only do 3 odd percent.

this counter quite solid...but as usual, morning will dip, then afternoon run back up.

.435 as i am posting this, holding quite steady, wont be surprised if it closes at .445 or even higher today.

today it maintained at 41 cents....

let's see if it can hold tomorrow; or even go up abit.

fair value was calculated to be 54 cents.
