Good evening,

I recently purchased the above mentioned counter in Sing dollars, but my CDP acct reflected the counter in US$. Is this normal or there's an error. If it is, who do I contact? DBS Vickers or CDP?

Thanks in advance!

Dear all,

Thanks for the confirmation!

Just one more question, if that is the case, I can choose whichever counter is higher to sell? But I originally chose to purchase under singapore $ counter.

Thanks thanks!

Why did you buy? What potential you see?

Hi Yowzer,

Sorry for the late reply.

The dividend payout is not bad from previous records, and it is also trading at 52 weeks low therefore decided to enter.

Any advice for me?

Thanks!

I bought at ipo & trying to get rid of it. Only haven't had the time to calculate if the dividends have covered my loss.

IPO price at around USD$1

Yeah...sometimes it happens

If you see potential in other counters, sometimes it will be good to move on.

Small loss here may generate greater returns elsewhere :)

All the best!

I dun have the do the maths to tell me no. :s22:

1) 19 Sep 2013 010113 - 300613 HKD 0.187 = USS$0.02411
2) 26 Mar 2013 010712 - 311212 HKD 0.2719 = USS$0.03505
3) 21 Sep 2012 010112 - 300612 HKD 0.2405 = USS$0.03101
4) 29 Mar 2012 010711 - 311211 HKD 0.234 = USS$0.03014
5) 22 Sep 2011 180311 - 300611 HKD 0.143 = USD$0.01834

Above based on the actual forex conversion. So total distributions per share = USD$0.13865

IPO: USD 1.01
Today close: USD 0.73
Add total distributions = USD 0.86865
Loss = USD$0.14135

So there you have it. If they continue with the current rate of distributions, and provided the price remain at current level, you will probably break even in around 2 yrs. :s13:

Good yield, Port is always very profitable business, PSA is a great example.
Anyway, Hutchinson is known for very cost effective and calculative in capex investment, some business relationship with them and that's why i'm vested too.

Agree to this too!

Especially at their location (Shenzhen and Hong Kong). The so call "dragon's gate". With Internet purchases on the up trend, transportation and delivery will be a very sort after sector to venture and remain profitable.

But recently have been falling. Anyone know the reason?

Will wait to enter more if possible :)

Thanks in advance!

Drop even further right? My next support is around 0.63. Should be quite a strong one. Will coincide with some previous peaks .

Assuming the dividends stay the same and the price doesn't drop further, you need a few more years to cover your loss (ignoring inflation). :s12:
