Most stocks that price at 70c upwards find it hard to move above $1 whereas those priced below 40c can easily double on first day.

Then again, that is for pure stag. 70c to 99c is still a huge gain in 1 day.
Reading mr ipo blog first then see how.
Hrnet seems fundamentally strong.
