normally i compare it with Cache and Viva.
but the sentiment on sbreit seems better than Cache
brokage reports normally praise it for its collection of busines park.

it seems stable but i just cant put a pin to it.

Yes was looking through the company data, realised most of the tenant base are on Master lease with MNCs and Govt, and long lease of 5 - 15 years. Thus driving up occupancy rate to quite a good level.

Looks quite attractive now, at $0.70xx, with a yield of 9%.

But sbreits I also cannot put a pin to it having hold aims and cache I did like to diversify unless I have spare cash. Again there are so many other counters.

Was tempted to cut cache and roll on sbreits but I dunno why I never had the push to do so. Maybe others can share experience

rolling cache to sbreit is like free commision to the brokage.
and danger, sell low buy high.. (i also sometime do this and regret)

i can categorise sbreit (base on industry) in the leagues of cache, viva.
but in terms of portfolio diversity, it is like sph and mct. which is a handful of properties.

somehow tho sbreit manage to more varieties than cache - despite the low property count. nowsaday, i feel every XD for reit or dividend stock - like a big sell off day :s22::s22::s22:

I hold this since its early day. Went in 5 lots at 0.730. Till now still holding. I am just a student thus just hold for small dividend. Last 2 years not bad. Got about 300$ each year from this

good! use dpu to cover :)
singapore stocks i normally dun expect capital gain. but for it to not move - quite possible - thats why dividend play is good here.
for capital gain, maybe usa - high volume, aggressive people.

Got question about soilbuild.

Was checking their reports and saw that it has a WALE of 4.8 years. is that considered short?
