Interesting stock, but based on current market sentiment, best to wait it out a while.

For O&G company at the current state.....you need to know if they have business and cash flow to tide out for at least 1-2 years and the quality of their management.

Return are great in the future but patience and perseverance is required from the investor.

I like how they get hit with 3 lawsuits in a day for not paying people money, and to all of them they say they've been advised that they have a good defence and they have engaged legal counsel to vigorously defend the action.

All is fine, nothing to see, move along... :s22:

Yeh... it's not dishonest. Customers don't pay then how pay suppliers ? It's a temporary cash flow problem. So, please be patient. :o

Technics Oil & Gas has judicial management extended till July 15

Technics Oil & Gas has judicial management extended till July 15

http://www.straitstimes.com/busines...has-judicial-management-extended-till-july-15

SINGAPORE - The Singapore High Court has extended the Judicial Management Order for Technics Oil and Gas until July 15 this year, the company said in an update.

Tam Chee Chong and Andrew Grimmett, both of Deloitte & Touche, were first announced as the joint judicial managers (JMs) on July 25, 2016.

However, Mr Tam has now been released as judicial manager with effect from Jan 15 due to his retirement from Deloitte.

Mr Grimmett will continue to act as the sole judicial manager.

Among other things, he will manage the role, business and property of the company to achieve its survival as well as "a more advantageous realisation of the company's assets than would be effected on a winding up", Technics said in a filing to the Singapore Exchange on Thursday (Jan 18).

Actually I still hold 2k shares inside.
Not worth that much but just wonder how will things go and if I can ever sell them away.
Likely I have to write off?

As long as the stock is suspended, there's nothing you can do.

But if your share proceeds cannot even cover the brokerage fee, then you are better just letting them sit in your CDP account.

Or you can choose to 'average down' if you still have some semblance of faith in the company.

At the last price before it was suspended, I can still get 100+.

Just that it is suspended for one year plus already. Thought will know much sooner how things go.
